It’s neither listed on the State Board of Elections’ website nor on the Virginia Public Access Project (VPAP).
Of course, her report from the previous filing period was noticeably missing certain expenditures that should have been included in the report but I haven’t had a chance to write a post about that yet.
UPDATE, 07/16/2009, 1:10 p.m.: The report is finally up now.
It appears Crabill did, in fact, file her required July 15 campaign finance figures, though there is still something amiss, as the figures don’t add up in places (like the $100 in-kind deduction taken off on the prior report with no similar $100 in-kind income).
Either way, it’s a farce… The new report, covering May 28 to June 30, during which she was the nominee, reveals a whopping $1,050.00 in donations, the bulk of which ($500.00) came from the Lancaster County Republican Committee. That’s $1,915.00 in donations for the campaign… against a candidate who has raised in excess of $200,000.00 since December 21, 2007.
What is interesting, but not all that surprising, is that none of Crabill’s most vocal supporters in the press appear to have donated any money to her (at least not $100, the threshold for itemizing donations).
Okay, the report was not up on the SBE’s website when I wrote the post this morning. It’s possible that it was submitted late.
You raise good points all around.
